Like-Minded

What does it mean to be like-minded? When writing to the Philippians, Paul encourages them to be of a like-mind. When writing to them he brings up several reasons why they should have this unity in their church. Husbands, are you paddling in the same directions as your wives? Families, are you singing from the same song sheet? Church, are we in sync? Are you saved? Until you get saved, you will operate from a different mind than the mind of Christ?
